本文提出,肿瘤是一种蛋白质组病,并根据肿瘤比较蛋白质组、表达蛋白质组、功能蛋白质组和结构蛋白质组研究进展,从肿瘤发生发展过程中蛋白质(组)表达水平及状态、蛋白质翻译后修饰、蛋白质相互作用及网络调控等三个方面进行阐述.该观点的提出,将为肿瘤发病机制的研究开辟新的领域,为肿瘤的诊断(如生物标志物筛选)和筛选(如药物新靶标)提供新的思路,具有重要的科学意义和临床应用价值.
